Adventuring North

We woke up and had a lazy morning in Medford just hanging out and playing on the playground~

If he can climb and jump he is always happy~

Then we made our way to the Corvallis area to visit our dear friends The Hethmons.  It has been 4 years since we saw them last.  Way too long! Katrina and I met at La Leche League in Memphis TN in 1996 when Alex was a baby and Mara was just one.  We have been friends for 20 years!! Our families have had many adventures together so its always great to get together and catch up!
Of course we were welcomed with typical Oregon rain and grey~

But that didn't stop the constant motion~

Our site for a couple of days~

 Frisbee!
 Biking!

Friends arrived! Rowan thinks Benjamin is pretty awesome~

I love that the KOA's have playgrounds.  The kids had a great time!
So many pinecones to collect~
This one also has mini golf so they had to play a few rounds~

 Blurry happiness~

Then we headed into Corvalis for some Mexican food~

It was quite delicious but also very loud!

Luckily there was a drugstore next door and Doug grabbed some ear plugs for these two sensory overloaded kids~
 Super fun day catching up!

The next day we headed into town to mail a care package for Willow~
We also stopped in to Soft Star Shoes and got Rowan some new shoes!
These are his favorite shoes~
Such a cute shop and very cool to see them making all the shoes right there

There was tons of Pokémon hunting, of course~

And nothing like bath time in the trailer!

I really love this life~
